Why you need to be giving the kids especially the appropriate nutrition while their bodies are growing to support and promote a healthy immune system, bone structure, all organs etc.

Some things covered:

Childhood Sports Injuries ( are 1/3 of all childhood injuries)

1.  More than 30 million high school children participate in organized sports.

2.  Children between 5-14 yrs of age account for almost one half or 40% of sports related injuries for all age groups

3.  More than 775,00 children participating in sports activities are inured each year , and one in four are considered serious.

4.  Children who are less developed than a more mature child of the same age and weight are at increased risk for injury.

5. Sports related injury severity increases with age.
